Keble addresses the issue of accessibility to wealth-building through real estate investments. Traditionally, substantial funds are required to enter the real estate market, deterring many potential investors. Keble breaks down this barrier by allowing individuals to invest in global property markets for as little as $100. Keble’s model also provides a hedge against devaluation and inflation, as returns are in USD from properties abroad. However, a main operational challenge has been customer education and establishing trust. Altering the perception of real estate investments from traditional land ownership to fractional property ownership required extensive customer education. In addition, establishing trust within the investment community and with their internal stakeholders was crucial.
